About Springdale Farm Tack Shop
Springdale Tack is a family-run horse tack and equipment shop just north
of Portland, Maine and close to all major routes in Southern Maine. We
are a unique, hit-or-miss, flea market style tack
shop, offering a full line of
cleaned used
English tack and Western saddlery (including some new tack
), as well as strap goods and
stable equipment.
Owner Margaret St. Pierre, a long-time resident of Falmouth, Maine, is a horsewoman of fifty years, including over twenty years of service in the tack business. She is proud to offer the "down-home" experience of Springdale Farm to all who stop by.
Our Policies
To keep prices at a minimum, credit cards are not accepted at the register. Cash and carry, personal and out of state checks are taken with the proper ID.
Springdale Farm tack shop suggests measuring for sizes before purchase, as there is a limited policy on returns of used merchandise.
Layaways and gift certificates are available.
